SIVAE is open to both male and female contestants, from any nationality, who are between 5 to 55 years. We welcome single, married, and divorced participants because confidence has no category.
Absolutely! SIVAE is designed for first-timers as well as experienced models. Our grooming and mentorship sessions will help you gain confidence, improve your walk, and feel camera-ready, even if this is your very first time.
Once you complete the registration form, our official SIVAE team will contact you personally (via call or email) for verification and the next steps. You’ll then be asked to pay a small registration fee to confirm your spot.
Yes. A nominal, one-time registration fee is required to confirm participation.
This helps cover grooming sessions, logistics, and contestant materials.
(The fee is non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by SIVAE.)
Yes! Every registered contestant – whether selected for the main stage or not – will receive an Official SIVAE Certificate of Participation and a Commemorative Mementoes and much more as a mark of appreciation for joining the journey.
Yes. SIVAE welcomes divorcees and married contestants. Your life experience is your strength – and we celebrate that.

Rules and Regulations
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Contestants from age groups 05 – 55 years can participate in
- Open to female and male candidates only.
- Minimum height of 5 feet without heels.
- Single, married, and divorced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Open to all nationalities. Valid passport or national ID is required for verification.
- Contestants must be in good physical and mental health, capable of participating in all activities.
- Participants must have a clean legal record and not be involved in any activity that may bring disrepute to the pageant or sponsors.
APPLICATION & SELECTION
- All interested candidates must complete the official SIVAE Registration Form available on our website or through authorized representatives.
- Once the form is submitted, our selection team will personally contact shortlisted candidates via phone or email for further verification and interview scheduling.
- To confirm participation, selected contestants must pay a nominal registration fee, which contributes toward grooming sessions, logistics, and event organization.
- The registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the event is postponed or canceled by the organization.
- Final selection will be based on the candidate’s eligibility, communication skills, presentation, and passion for the SIVAE vision.
- SIVAE reserves the right to reject or disqualify any application found to contain false, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Once registered, contestants will receive a welcome kit and event schedule from the official SIVAE coordination team.
CODE & CONDUCTS
- Contestants must maintain respectful and positive behavior toward fellow participants, organizers, and staff.
- Alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substances are strictly banned during the pageant period.
- Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination will result in immediate disqualification.
- The use of offensive or defamatory content on social media against SIVAE or its participants is prohibited.
RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- By registering, participants grant SIVAE the right to use their images, videos, and performances for promotional purposes.
- All intellectual property (photos, videos, titles, etc.) produced under SIVAE remains the property of the organization.
- The SIVAE Crown/Title is non-transferable. Winners must represent the brand responsibly during their reigning period.
- Contestants must not participate in other pageants or modeling assignments during the competition period without written consent from SIVAE.
SIVAE reserves the right to remove any participant from the competition for:
Misconduct or rule violation
False representation of identity or credentials
Breach of contract or unethical behavior
JUDGING & RESULTS
- The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.
- Evaluation will be based on personality, presentation, communication, confidence, talent, and stage presence.
- SIVAE reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or postpone the event if necessary.
All contestants, regardless of their selection status, will receive an official SIVAE Certificate of Participation and a commemorative memento in recognition of their involvement.
